Stellus Capital Management, LLC Serves as Lead Arranger of Unitranche Financing to Support Continued Growth of Eagle Merchant Partners’ Portfolio Company Eskola Roofing and Waterproofing

Charlotte, NC & Houston, TX – February 11, 2025 – Stellus Capital Management, LLC (“Stellus”) announced today that its affiliates led the successful syndication of senior debt financing to support the growth of Eskola, LLC (“Eskola”), a commercial roofing contractor backed by Eagle Merchant Partners.
Founded in 1972 in Morristown, TN by their father and led by brothers Jon Eskola and Ben Eskola, Eskola is a leading provider of commercial roofing and waterproofing services with a diversified customer base centered on education, infrastructure and healthcare across the Southeastern U.S. and Texas. Since partnering with Eagle Merchant Partners, Eskola has pursued a strategic vision to acquire complementary companies in commercial roofing, penetrating key markets and building a strong foundation for future growth.
