Iron Star Energy is a Tulsa-based oil and gas company formed in May 2013 to acquire and develop conventional and unconventional oil and gas resources in the Mid-Continent region. Iron Star specializes in locating and acquiring rights to highly economic drilling projects that have been passed over by larger companies that are focused on resource plays within expansive acreage positions. The Company’s initial project is the commingled vertical development of the “Big Four” fractured reservoirs in an underdeveloped field in Garvin County, Oklahoma.
