STELLUS CAPITAL PARTNERS WITH CENTERGATE CAPITAL PARTNERS TO ACCELERATE GROWTH OF ENTERTAINMENT LOGISTICS LEADER

Houston – TX, February 5, 2016 – Stellus Capital Management, LLC (“Stellus”) announced that its affiliates acted a lender in providing a Credit Facility in support CenterGate Capital, L.P.’s (“CenterGate”) investment in Vision Media Management (“Vision”), a leader in worldwide physical and digital asset management, fulfillment and distribution services.
