Gavin Roseman

Mr. Roseman has more than 15 years of private credit, private equity, and investment banking experience. Gavin joined Stellus at its formation in 2012 and had been with the team previously at the D. E. Shaw group since 2006. Prior to joining the D. E. Shaw group, Gavin worked in private equity and investment banking including positions at Ewing Management Group (f/k/a Carlyle Management Group) and JPMorgan’s Natural Resources Group where he was involved in a number of private investments, M&A transactions, and debt and equity offerings. Gavin received a B.B.A. in finance with Honors from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
